How long have you been in business?
Groupe SL was founded by two passionate IT professionals. Gabriel Latour and Stéphane Lortie first worked together in the early 2000s, a collaboration that quickly led to a strong friendship. When the opportunity arose to launch their own business in 2004, it was a natural next step. By combining their expertise in IT infrastructure and business development, they laid the solid foundation for a growth story that continues to this day.

How do technical support interventions take place?
Our technical support is available by phone and email, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). We also provide on-site interventions and emergency services outside regular business hours.
